On October 16, 2007 I ordered a product from this store only to find out that it was backordered.I had no problem waiting for it, thinking it couldn't possibly take too long.
On November 15, 2007 I used their online system to ask about my order that was placed one month ago. I received and automated response. In that response it said if my order was placed more than 2 weeks ago, to please respond to their email and I will get an answer back from a "live" customer service rep. So, I responded and sent them all of my order information.
I didn't hear back from anyone. To make a long story short, I sent them a total of 9 emails asking for the status of my order only to have not one single person get back to me! Yesterday (March 19, 2008) I happened to check the status of my order and to my surprise it says cancelled. No big deal to me because honestly, 5 months later, I really didn't expect to get my order at this point!!
There is no telephone number to try and reach some sort of "customer service".
It's impossible to get any kind of response.Good luck to anyone that has ordered from this store and needs help with their order!
